MWS College independently develops and delivers its own foundation ministry courses, which are accredited by their respective governing bodies.

Additionally, MWS College serves as an administrative and operational support office for the professional coaching programs owned by the Great Commission Theological Institute (GCTI), which is accredited by COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa), a SAQA-recognized professional body.

MWS College does not claim independent institutional accreditation from COMENSA. COMENSA accreditation and endorsement apply strictly to the designated GCTI coaching curriculum and are held exclusively by the Great Commission Theological Institute.
