MWS Finance (PTY) Ltd (trading as MWS College) is a South African educational institution providing online ministry training programs, accredited courses, diplomas, degrees, professional practitioner certifications, and related educational services.
2. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests for online course enrollment and student portal access will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Course material access and electronic credentials will be confirmed via email.
3. Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by MWS Finance (PTY) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of service unavailability, MWS Finance (PTY) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Refund requests made by the client must be submitted in writing within 7 days of transaction. Once digital course portals or materials have been accessed or downloaded, tuition fees may become non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders or enrollments may be cancelled by notifying administration prior to student portal activation. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to admin@mwscollege.net.
5. Customer Privacy Policy
MWS Finance (PTY) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
6. Payment Options Accepted
Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or Instant EFT.
7. Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions will be acquired for MWS Finance (PTY) Ltd via Payfast by Network, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses strict encryption (SSL3) and no card details are stored on this website. Users may go to www.payfast.io to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by MWS Finance (PTY) Ltd separately from card details, which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure payment site.
9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
MWS Finance (PTY) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods/services.
11. Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and MWS Finance (PTY) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement.
